Our dashboards and reports drive agent or collector engagement, competition and improve your customers experience due to the improved engagement of your people.

Speech Analytics Process Flow and Security

It is easy for your organization to take advantage of speech analytics. Security is important and everything will be immediately encrypted and transmitted across a secured FTP. You will upload your WAV or MP3 voice recordings and metadata through our API’s or a simple text file with the associated fields that correspond to the recordings. Items like employee name or ID, date, time, disposition, amounts, and anything that will help drive KPI tracking as well. Then the speech analytics will convert the speech to text and redact any PCI data and overwrite the audio as needed. Then it will utilize our ML and AI engine for categorization of interactions and the supporting metadata all within the secure Microsoft Azure Cloud. This information will then show in your secure ICAP dashboards and reports. All along our Customer Success Manager and dedicated analysts will be monitoring and developing dashboards that provide actionable insights for your organization.
